I am using Beaver Builder Pro V 2.3.0.2. It has expired and I have not renewed it.
When I update the raw HTML, and view the page, the changes do not show. If I go back into edit, the changes ARE in the raw html.
Why is it saving, but not showing in the page? The HTML does not have any errors, and I have cleared cache several times.
Could it be the outdated version of BB?

Its highly likely there is a JS error on the page when you click save. Opening the browser dev tools and looking there will be a good start.
WP introduced a couple of breaking changes over the last year, which we patched instantly of course, so if you are using up to date WP its likely this old version will not work any more.
