Redirect loops

When attempting to edit a saved module/row… it times out and says there is a redirect loop.

Now I’m stuck with a dates on my event page that I can’t delete without deleting ALL my dates.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the login info. Before, I do anything, can you create a restore point, as a precaution.

Also, is it any row/module or one in particular?

Already did.

It is a saved row-> global IFF 4 dates

Hi Jeff,

Would it be possible for you to do a few things, please.

  1. Update to the latest version of WordPress and see if the issue persists.

  2. If the issue persists, disable all active plugins and try and edit the module again.

Also, how have you populated the module, is it custom code or powered by a plugin?

After deactivating all plugins, I was able to edit. I guess I’ll have to go 1 by and see. Thanks!

Well, I found the plugin right away. It’s advanced permalinks. Kind of an important plugin, no?

Is that a known problem plugin?

Hi Jeff,

As far as I am aware that plugin hasn’t been updated in over four years. I would highly recommend removing it from your site due to it’s lack of development. Unless, I have the plugin confused with another?
