Row is not visible on live site

Hi support,

I have site built with BB theme and plugin, the site was published about six months ago. Recently, presumably as a result of an update one row on the home page is no longer visible on the live site leaving a large white space area. The row is fully visible when in page builder mode.

Help would be appreciated thanks.

Hi Support,

An update on this problem that may help to resolve it.

The problem seems to be that the saved background colour for the row is no longer in the settings. When I try to apply the background colour it seems to apply and save OK however when I publish the page it’s still not showing and on opening the page builder for the row it’s not saved. I’ve cleared BB cache a couple of times, will try this again pending your feedback.

Hi Gerry,

Is this now resolved, as I have just visited your home page and I can not see any large white space?

If it isn’t, can you provide both a screenshot of the white space and temp admin access, please?

Thanks for support.

I had another go at re-saving the row settings and clearing the BB cache and still didn’t see a change however you’re right, it now seems to be OK so must have been browser cache needed clearing after the last attempt.
