Saved Modules (both global and local) not Saving

Hi support!

I’m using Beaver Builder for the first time, and it’s great! Although, a couple days ago all the newly created modules stopped saving. I can save them with a name, but when I try to drag them onto a new page, they come up blank. It was working fine before. Wondering if I can get some help?

Margaret, I would recommend trying to disable other plugins one by one to see which one’s causing an issue. If there’s one that you just installed, start with that. That issue most likely related to a conflict. Just thought I’ll mention this while you wait on BB team.

Hi Margaret,

Viktor is correct about going the plugin disabling route. If that doesn’t work, can you send us a temporary admin login to test?

I disabled all the plugins that I had installed since it was happening and cleared my servers cache, but it’s still occurring. I’ve deleted all the modules that are showing up blank, but it still has trouble saving new ones.
