Hi, i’m looking to create a home page using the Scroller template.
On the demo, the page scrolls down when the arrow icon is clicked, which has a link ending… /#row1
That’s not working, I obviously need to put a little more work in.
Is there a tutorial anywhere?
Sorry if this has been covered but I can’t find any info in the knowledge base or the demo page.

I finally got a chance to try this out. It’s very easy and works but rather than scrolling it just takes me to the linked row or element, instantly.
Is there a way to force the scroll?

I’m also using Genesis/Dynamik (local testing). The smooth scrolling works for me. I don’t have any custom js or css set up so it’s pretty much working “out of the box” for me.
You’re right, it should work with any theme, apologies for the confusion there! I wonder what could be different in your setup, Paul. Can you send us temp admin access so we can take a look?

Hey Paul,
I think I see the issue. You have a really outdated version of the plugin installed. Updating should rectify this for you as smooth scrolling wasn’t quite available yet in the version you have installed. I tried doing this for you, but there isn’t a license key active in the site. You’ll need to login to our site, grab your license key and insert it in your dashboard via settings > page builder > license to gain access to the update. That should fix you right up!
