Seem like this should be easy but can't stack rows in a column

This seems like it should be easy, but I’m having trouble trying to create a two-column header and in the right column, stack two rows to fill the space.

Here’s a screen shot of what I’m attempting to build:

Here’s what I’ve done:

  • Created a two-column row
  • Added another two-column row to the right column
  • Set the width for each column on the right to 100% hoping they’d stack
  • Percentage widths won’t stay set. If I set one to 100%, the other changes to 8%.

I also downloaded and installed the latest beta 2.8 of Beaver Builder but I haven’t quite been able to get it to layout like this.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated!
