Separators and row styles not visible

We are using DreamHost’s DreamPress service, but I do not know if they are using CloudFlare. I did not set it up. I gave you my log-in if you want to check.

As to theme switching, please understand that I am no IT specialist and that I only dedicate time to the site at weekends. I simply do not (yet) know how to switch themes and switch back safely in a life site.

Aha! That is good to know as that is their managed hosting. In addition they use Varnish for caching which has to manually be purged via SSH. I believe you’ll need to touch base with them directly and perhaps have them purge the Varnish cache. Let’s have you try that before we go deeper into the rabbit hole as there aren’t any apparent errors or issues we can see other than server level caching.

I have been in contact with DreamHost. They confirm CloudFlare is not being used. They cannot do a manual purge of the Varnish cache for me and it is beyond by personal skills, time and confidence to do much work on the server.

More generally, I have reaffirmed that many elements of BB do not work properly on my site. I have also tested a competitor product, which does the same operations without problems.

Given that we made no progress in a week and in the interest of all our time, I propose that I will uninstall BB and not use it further. We were unlucky and I will not give any bad reviews, as I really liked the principal design of your product. I would kindly ask you to refund at least 50% of the subscription fee, however, since I have not been able to do anything with it.

We just logged into your site again and noticed BB was deactivated and VC active in your site. Would you be interested in us looking at this issue further so that you can use BB as opposed to VC, or are you more interested in a refund at this point? Since VC works fine, while BB is clearly incompatible with the site, for whatever reason, I would prefer a refund at this stage.
I much appreciate your efforts, but after 1 week we should all cut our losses.
