SETTING LINE GLOBAL DOES NOT WORK

BB Hello I need help.

I created a global line to use on the site. This line is working right on the pages but to create a new page and use this line of global settings it loses style as I did see the line:

Ie without setting with background in green.

Already cleared the cache bb, my browser and the problem still persists.

Hi Rcgama,

Are you saying that when you create and save a global row, it works on the page you created it. But as soon as you create a new page and attempt to use it, all styling is gone from the row?

If this is the case, can you provide temp admin access, please? So we can take a closer look. Also, do we have permission to disable all active plugins if required?
