Shortcodes don't work

I added a text editor to the page but, when I clicked the “Shortcodes” button, nothing happens.

This is just a test site. Thanks for your help.

Hey Chris,

Yes, that is actually by design. We don’t load in third party extensions to the BB text editor as they introduce too many unknown bugs/conflicts. Really, the only way around this is to grab a shortcode from the standard WP editor and then use it on the frontend with a BB text editor or HTML module (recommended). Hope that helps and apologies for any inconvenience there!
