Hi - the slideshow is not working - and it isn’t even showing when I launch Beaver Builder. The information is there on the ordinary ‘edit’ page: but only as a long list.

I would recommend making sure Beaver Builder is up-to-date and try disabling all plugins except for BB. Then see if the issue persists.
If it does, then submit a ticket and our support team can take a closer look.
