Sticky header only working on some pages

Hi, I am trying to troubleshoot the issue of the header only being stickied on some pages. The header is built using Themer Layouts (as is a footer and default page template). It is set to be sticky and shrink on the entire site. I’ve tried everything I can think of including disabling all plugins (except BB & BB themer add on), but to no avail. Theme is Beaver Builder Version: 1.7.5.1 Here are links…

Update Themer, you are using a super old version.

Strange though that looking for the changelog for themer to get an idea of what version you have installed shows an old THEME changelog ?? Not sure whats going on there!
