I have a site with the BB Theme and plugin,
On a few of the pages i use the accordion module and on desktop view it works great with no problems.
The problem is that on mobile view the first click on the accordion, no matter on what item, opens the item but jumps to the top of the page, after you scroll back down and click again all works fine, items open and close just fine.
Only on this first clock the page jumps up.
I have tried disabling all plugins and leaving only the bb plugin and theme but it also didn’t help.
Tried deleting the accordion module and placing a new one also didn’t help.
I’ve noticed that you have quite a few HTTPS errors related to mixed content. This means some of your content is being loaded over HTTP.
Is it possible for you to disable your HTTPS and see if the issue persists. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, can you provide temp admin access, please. Whilst the HTTPS is disabled.
Thank you for the fast reply, this site has no https at all, the links were https by mistake.
please check to see the problem on regular http and if you still need admin access i will send it to you.
I’m seeing the issue on both https and http. Can you try deactivating all plugins except BB and see if you get the same issue? If so, go ahead and send temp admin access via private reply so we can check further.
We have actually have reported this to our issue tracker, as it may well be a bug. I have your issue bookmarked and as soon as I have we have more information either myself or Ben will reply here.
The issue with the Accordion was fixed in update 1.7.4. I have just logged into your site and noticed you’re still using 1.7.3. Therefore, can you update to the latest version (1.7.5), please. As this should resolve your issue.
