I have been looking around the forums and the knowledge base but couldn’t find an answer on my issue; I want to use the BB subscribe form with the email-function to subscribe to a training. Only there is more than 1 training, and as I am only receiving the name and the emailadress in my mailbox I don’t know for which training people have subscribed.
I thought I could solve that by giving a different account name in the subscribe form to the different trainings, but information on which account is not included in the mails.
Is there a way to solve this?
I don’t think what you’re trying to do is possible with our Subscribe module at this time. If you’ve a minute, feel free to add a request for that though on our User Voice.
In the meantime, you might need to use a 3rd party form plugin to get it done. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you.
Thank you for your answer, I have looked at 3rd party plugins but in the end settled for making email-aliases for each training, so I could make different accounts in the subscribe form from BB for each training, so that I am able to see for which training people enlisted themselves…
For some time I also have another question; how can you make the margin smaller between the picture and the text of a call-out, if you have them side by side (f.i. the picture on the left side and the text on the right)? I already tried making the columns as small as possible but that wasn’t small enough…
At least I think the advanced element is translated to ‘Call-out’ in English, I only have the Dutch term ‘Bijschrift’.
Assuming you mean share the URL for the call-out question; it is on www.points-of-you-benelux.com; the short agenda in the footer on every page (titled ‘Komende Trainingen & Workshops’). Now I have the circle picture as a separate picture, and the text besides it as separate text box, to get them this close together.
Only when downsizing to tablet or mobile format I get a problem with displaying the modules in the correct order, so I made a not so nice workaround to solve that. I would rather have the picture and the text in 1 module so that it looks like that …
Did you want the image and text to be inline on small devices? If so, you’ll want to keep your layout as it is since our Callout module stacks the image on top of the text when it reaches the small device breakpoint.
The columns are set to 100% width when the viewport reaches the small device breakpoint. You can change this by going to the columns setting’s advanced tab, under Responsive Layout. Change Small Device Width from default to whatever width you want the column to be on small devices.
