Subscribe Form Not Working

Hi Folks

I’m having trouble with my subscribe form just hanging, it’s connected to my active campaign account.

I’ve tried variations on the same site (send to email) with similar results. I have contact SiteGround and they report no problems at their end.

I’ll include access details in the next post (privately)

I’m using it on a global row, so it’s displayed throughout the site.

Thanks Danny, that makes sense. The SSL certificate has only just been setup.

Would deleting the form and starting again fix the issue?

I don’t think the issue is the form itself, but it’s worth a try so we can rule it out.

OK… I replaced the form and fixed the HTTPS mixed content issue, cleared cache and the issue still exists.

The issue has been resolved! Thanks for your help. I believe we fixed the mixed content issue with the plugin Easy HTTPS Redirection.
