Text and image in contnet slider won't align

Hello,
I am trying to update an image on a site that I did not build which uses beaver builder. The image is in a content slider, when I update the image, the text sits well below the top of the image and the bottom of the image is above the bottom of the text, so they are not aligned. It is the second slide on this page

Likewise we have an ongoing issue where for some folks it will take 30s + to load and just show a white box with a loading circle instead of browser. I don’t have this issue so i cannot replicate it but it seems to happen mostly on chrome.

Any help with either issue would be greatly appreciated.

For now I edit the image to have a transparent region above so that it sits lower, but if someone know what the issue was I would love to be able to properly correct it.
