Text editor fade in not working

I have 2 lines of text on the home page of my WP BB site, a heading and text directly beneath it. I’m trying to have a fade in on the text under the heading. When I click ‘Done’ and ‘Publish Changes’ the text does not appear, only the heading. I’ve tried putting a row in between the heading and text just to see if one was affecting the other but this doesn’t fix it. Strangely if I put the text above the heading then the fade in works, but I need the heading above the text. My site is complete and this is the only thing I holding me up from launching so all help greatly appreciated

Are you referring to the Fade In animation baked in to the page builder? Do you mind sharing the URL of the site in question so we can take a look? You can use the private reply option below.

Yes the fade in option for the text editor in BB Page Builder. I’ve not published the site yet as I’m just fixing a few problems like this before I launch it. Let me know if I can give you access to take a look.

Hey Ian,

I checked the page and the fade in animation works fine. I refreshed it about 30 times and it worked all the time. What OS and browser were you using when it didn’t work? I’m using Windows 7, latest Chrome.

I’m using Win 8 and Chrome, both of which are up to date. I just tried refreshing the page 10 times and strangely it worked every time. I’m not sure what has happened between now and yesterday but I’ll keep my fingers crossed the problem has gone away.
