I have always been able to click the “Text” tab in the Text Editor to modify content HTML. But all of a sudden it stopped working. When I click on the Text tab, nothing happens. Any ideas?
I just posted about this last week. For me the media button wasn’t working either. I updated BB a couple of days ago and now it is working just fine.
Updating BB would be the first step. If that doesn’t resolve the issue (after clearing caches) then please submit a support ticket.
