The drop menu for pre-built templates is not available

When editing a page, in the Top bar, click the Plus symbol (+) to open the Content panel.
Then select the Templates tab - I see my own saved templates, but not the drop-down menu with BB’s own Landing Pages or Content Pages.

How do I get the list of BB templates?
