The feature "Render CSS/JS assets inline" is duplicated code JS

The problem is that Beaver Builder caches asset files, and sometimes users get a 404 error when fetching files.
I found a similar forum thread that refers to this function “Load CSS and JavaScript inline”:

Which says there is a cache issue and putting the assets files inline should fix the problem.
Perhaps this helps, but when using this snippet or the switch from the Beaver Builder settings panel “Render css/js assets inline” the JS code is duplicated.
