time out errors on wp engine

Hi All,

I’ve been dealing with time out errors on wp engine. I get this in the error log: http://cloud.tunas.co/image/1W3v3t0o411L

In the browser I get this error: "Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience. For more help, check http://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/."

WP Engine is saying that error is the reason I’m having issues.

Every time I add a module, i can’t save and I dont see any of the UI icons. http://cloud.tunas.co/image/1i0K2X360m06

Welcome to the BB forums! :slight_smile:

Issues like that are usually caused by a 3rd party plugin conflict. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route first, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin. Let us know how it goes!
