Unable to automatic update the plugin (multi site version)

Hi,
We’ve read several tickets about automatically update the plugin, and still be a little confused.
Since we use Multisite version of wordpress,
how could we input the license key in the network setting level??
(we have input the license key to all of our sub-sites already, and the status shows “Active”)

Hey Toby,

Multisite network settings are supported in the Agency version of the plugin. Is this not the case for you?

I seem to be having the same issue as Toby. I think what he means is this:

I have the Pro plan of Beaver Builder, which, according to your Pricing page, is “Multisite Capable”.

Problem is, even though license code has been input on a site (let’s call it “My Beaver Site”) running on the multisite install, and has been validated as “Active” – no updates are reported in:

http://mymultisite.com/wp-admin/network/update-core.php

Notice the /network/ part – updates are installed in the network admin.

So, essentially: auto-updates are not working. How does Toby and I get them to work?

Would it be possible for you to provide temp admin access to your site, please. So we can take a closer look.

Hey Oliver,

So the problem here is that you don’t have the BB plugin enabled on your main site so it wasn’t registered as needing to be updated. Try enabling it there and the update should come through. :slight_smile:

Try checking the above as well as you might be experiencing the same thing. :slight_smile:
