Unable to Link to a TAB within a Module on a page

I have tried to follow the tech note on linking to a tab within a module but it does not work. The best I can do is have the page open but it opens to the wrong tab. The way I understand the behavior is that the first tab is tab “0” and so forth, but It never opens to the page and another tab other than “0”.

My URL is https://aagl.org/emigs/#emig-tab-2 which should open the page and go to the “Skills” tab.

Has anyone seen this behavior?

Since you are using the PP tabs module, you’ll want to reach out to their team to see if their module offers this same type of feature to link to a specific tab.
