Update to Wordpress 5 = Problem with BeaverBuilder

After the update to Wordpress 5, I only get HTML code if I want to create or edit a page/post and there is no selection to open BeaverBuilder. Where could be the problem?

I do not have access to the support section. I am using the lite version and I do not have a login. Therefore, I can not send a suitable message.

Can no one give me a hint here?

After updating to Wordpress 5.2.2 the BeaverBuilder box will not be displayed and the link “Start BeaverBuilder” in the sidebar will not work either.

On my other website (green) the BeaverBuilder selection box is displayed correctly and also the link “Start BeaverBuilder” works. Here is also Wordpress 5.2.2.

Where’s the problem?

You do not need a login for our contact page.

There is no issue in WP 5.2.2 and Beaver Builder.
