Updating the website look while keeping the internal structure (pages, headings) the same

This is my first using of Beaver Builder. I have a website someone built in Beaver Builder with Beaver Themer. It is laid out exactly as I wanted in terms of page structure and headings, etc. I want to maintain that structure etc when I create a new site with its own copy. I will call it a “template” site but I don’t want it to be confused with Beaver Builder’s use of the word “template”.

What I end up with then is a site optimized content-wise that looks the same as the “template” site.

I am looking for guidance/help in being able to take a site I create from that “template” site and change how it looks so that all my sites do not look the exact same. Since I create sites for different business types, that could be a factor in also driving a specific look.

Thanks for any tips/suggestions or locations to get more help.
