Updating theme and Plugin

Hi there

I’m unable to update the theme and the plugin for the following site:

wwww.taylorandbeeson.com.au

Error message appear as

An error occurred while updating Beaver Builder Plugin (Standard Version): Update package not available.

Can you please help with this?

I also downloaded the latest version and tried to upload it as a new theme but this wouldn’t work either.

Hey Kay,

Thanks for getting in touch! Have you made sure that the License Key is active under Settings > Page Builder?

When you download the file and install it manually, you have to delete the old one first. If it’s the plugin, simply deactivate and delete the old version. If it’s a theme, you’ll have to use a different theme first, then delete the old version.
