Beaver builder plugin had stopped my site from working. Godaddy have disabled all my plugins. I have tried to reactivate BB plugin and getting this error message:

Warning: require_once(classes/class-fl-builder.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/platform77/public_html/communitywhitecollarboxing.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/bb-plugin/fl-builder.php on line 26

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘classes/class-fl-builder.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php54/usr/share/php’) in /home/platform77/public_html/communitywhitecollarboxing.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/bb-plugin/fl-builder.php on line 26

Sites affected are:-

http://www.communitywhitecollarboxing.co.uk/

http://www.focusma.co.uk/

http://conscioustherapy.org/

I’d delete this, and change your Cpanel login and password as soon as possible. I was able to log in to your Cpanel, which clearly is not what you want!

Best,

Gavin

Thanks Gavin, done it!

Brian, really sorry to hear about the trouble.

I removed the login information from the public page.

Some of the sites you linked are back online. Are you still experiencing the same issue?

Can you please post a private reply with an admin login to one of the sites that’s still having issues? Thanks!

According to the error message, the file is missing or not accessible.

Could you try removing the plugin completely, then reuploading and activating?

If that doesn’t work, we may need an FTP login as well.

Sorry again for the trouble.

Will this affect my site?

No, it won’t have any affect on the site. Your layouts and data are stored outside of the plugin folder, so it’s safe to delete and reinstall.

Looks all good now, thanks for that!

Yeah!? Awesome! Glad to hear.
