Use Accent Color and Hover Color set in Customizer on Elements

I would love if it were possible to set the Accent Color & Hover Color in the customizer and then use those colors on elements colors or in background colors settings.

Then We could change those two colors in the theme customizer and all elements’ colors would change.

This would make templating sites much easier, preventing having to do serialized find&replace on color codes and such.

Is this possible currently?
