Hey Susanna,
There is a great write-up on just how to do that here! You won’t need step 1 of that write-up just as a heads-up. Hope that helps and let us know if we can assist further!
Best,
Billy
Sorry to hijack this thread, but I’m trying to do the same thing, followed all the steps in the article (except step 1) and yet my icon only shows up on the home page, on all other pages the icon is not visible. I can see the styles are there in the inspector, but it seems as though the css is failing to load on any page other than the home page…
Hi Michelle,
Can you provide a link to your site, please.
Thanks,
Danny
Sure - the website is: http://dev.mieche.net/stickman/
The icon in question is the angle down next to the About link - it shows up fine on the home page, but is a no show on any other page…
I’ve also tried it using the <i class""> in the menu item as suggested by Font Awesome, which preserves my intended styling but still doesn’t show up on page other home.
Hey Michelle,
The BB Page Builder only loads assets when it’s being used on a per page basis, e.g., it only loads the FontAwesome CSS if you use a FontAwesome icon like how your homepage does. On the other pages, you didn’t have a module loading in an FA icon hence the FA CSS not being loaded.
You can load the FA CSS manually though, and that should fix you right up! The link below shows you how.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Ben, that makes sense since I’m using the plugin and not the theme. I didn’t realize this thread was in the Theme section as I found it by searching all the forums.
No worries at all, Michelle! And glad we could help. Enjoy!
