I was searching around on the site to see if there was a resource here for other builders to share their layout templates. Is there such thing?? Would be cool to upload and download templates with others.

I have seen a few users share their template via the FB Group. You may want to peek there. You could also ask the guys over at our Slack Channel. 
The official place to share these kinds of stuff should have been the ‘marketplace’ but we still have no ETA as to when that will come to fruition.
