vertical align

Hi
I want to be able to vertically align elements to the center of a row. E.g. a 2 column row with a picture in the left column and a line of text in the right column. I don’t want to use padding or paragraphs to visually move the line of text down to the centre of the picture because as soon as the screen size changes it will not longer be in the middle, and on a mobile phone when the second column shifts to beneath the picture the extra padding would be unnecessary. How/where can I set a vertical align property on the row?

Hi James,

Vertically aligning content isn’t a feature of BB currently. You would have to use padding to do so or some custom CSS. Sorry about that!

Billy

is there still no way of setting a vertical align property on a row element?

Hey James,

That is correct. You can still use padding to do so though fairly easily. If you would like us to take a look at that at some point, feel free to add that feature request to user voice or vote it up if it already exists.

Best,
Billy
