Loaded MP.4 into video module, published but could not get any sound. Took the same video, uploaded it to Youtube, grabbed the HTML and embedded it…got sound but side black bars. I am viewing the webpage through latest version of Chrome. (englishsurfer.com) I would prefer to use first method if possible. Also, is it possible to add multiple videos to one page?Thank you for the help.

Sorry to hear about the problem. I’ve just tried uploading an MP4 video on my local end and it works just fine. Could you please check if you have the latest BB plugin installed? Furthermore, let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin. If the issue persist, could you please share your WP login credentials to your site so we can perform tests on your end? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.
