WebGL Animation in the Background of a Row

Hi BB Community,
is it possible to get a WebGL Animation in the background of a Row?

Here is an example what i want to integrate:

It worked with an HTML Tag Module, but I want to put it in the Background so i can put any module on it that i want to.
