What generates /wp-content/uploads/bb-theme/skin-61f752a5667d7.css?ver=1.7.10 ?

Is there any way I can edit it?

Its the CSS the theme compiles based on the settings in the WP customiser, why do you think you need to edit it?

I don’t think I need to edit it anymore.

My child theme CSS is overriding it okay.
