Hi,
I am trying to use the gallery as an accessible gallery. The problem is that when I press on an image to open it in lightbox format, the background becomes black and I can’t see the arrows. I have to click with the mouse over the black background and then the arrows appear.
Would it be possible to get the screen with the arrows when the lightbox opens up instead of the black background?
I’m not experiencing this issue on my local dev. Do you mind sharing the URL of the site in question so we may take a look? You can post it in a private reply if you want by ticking the option below.
You’re actually having two lightboxes that open up when you click on a photo. The first one is from our theme that uses MagnificPopup. The second one is I believe from a plugin you’re using, Pojo Lightbox. The one you’re seeing, where it has a black background without the arrows, is from the Pojo Lightbox. If you want to continue using the plugin, you can disable ours under Appearance > Customize > Content > Lightbox. Unfortunately, I haven’t used that plugin before so I don’t know any of its functionalities. You could contact the plugin devs and see if they can help you with your concern.
