Why is my visual editor not working?

My client has a problem with the editor.
Wherever she wants to edit, she sees the HTML editor, not the Visual Editor.

We tried to update the website and plugins, unfortunately the website has Beaver Builder Plugin Pro Version, our license has expired.

I have WordPress 6.1.1
Beaver Builder 2.2.0.5

Version 2.2.0.5 is about 4 years out of date, WordPress core updates broke the tinymce editor a few times over the years. You need to update to a modern version of the plugin.
