Why would you not accept my request to join your group on Facebook???
I paid for your “agency” option!!!

Hey Mazin,
I’m not sure what’s wrong there, but I’ll have someone to look into this.
Thanks!
KC
Hi Mazin,
My apologies for any inconvenience! We don’t actually manage the Beaver Builders FB group, that is handled separately by one of our awesome customers. Are you saying you weren’t accepted to that group? If so, I can check in with the admin as to why. Let me know and thanks for getting in touch and being a BB customer! Hope you are loving BB!
Best,
Billy
Thank to you both KC and Billy for responding to my post. I was eager to see what info that Beaver Builder Facebook group had about creating a site builder like weebly. But on Facebook the group is apparently closed, so my request to join the group is still pending.
Hey Mazin,
I’d like you to check out our Slack channel. We’ve a lot of active users there and I’m sure you’ll enjoy your time there.
Thanks!
KC
Hi Mazen,
Sorry about that! I am taking a look here, and I don’t see your request to join. Is your name on Facebook the same as here? Can you try rejoining?

For the record, if you don’t have a Facebook profile picture, we’ll contact you privately to make sure the account is legit.
Hi Robby,
I took tried to join, I recall having a message from Dave Toomey regarding it, but I think I was busy and can’t recall what I have to do, or what the requirement was ?
TIA, dave
Oh no! Sorry for the trouble.
If you guys can send me private links to your FB profiles, I can manually add you. We just require everyone to have a picture and a somewhat active account (unless we already know you’re a real person).
If you request to join the group but don’t have any ‘decent’ information on your personal page then we have to treat you as a possible spammer.
It’s a shame but there are a lot of people that set up accounts and spam groups with dodgy links to make a profit.
We have had to ban a number of members whose first post was a link to a ‘make money quick’ type scheme.
The only thing we have to separate these spammers from the genuine users is what their profile looks like.
Even with this we miss a few and they get in the group.
So, add some info to your profile and apply again.
Thanks
Dave
Yup! Exactly what Dave mentioned. And thanks, Dave, for keeping up with all the new members!
