Just a quick one, not sure if something to do with the BB theme but I’ve got hard cropping enabled and thumbnails regenerated in WooCommerce yet I’m still getting a variation of size.

Hey Adam,
You should be able to control those images using the WooCommerce settings. What Product Images sizes do you have set? Can you share temp admin access to the site so we can check?

I just checked your WooCommerce settings and it seems to be working fine. The reason why it’s not hard cropping that single product image is because you have it set to display a 600x600 image, but the image you’re using is only 264x480. It simply needs to stretch the image you’re using to reach 600x600. If you set it to something smaller than your image dimensions, e.g., 264x400, that’s the time your image gets cropped. 40px on both the top and bottom.
Were you trying to make the image on the single product page smaller? We can do that via custom CSS, like what it says on the WooCommerce settings page.
