I’m using the Beaver Builder theme with a full width layout along with WooCommerce. I’d like to use the WooCommerce sidebar to display a filter plugin widget. I can’t see where I can set the WooCommerce pages to show the sidebar without changing the layout for the whole site. I can’t seem to find where this is possible to change. Am I missing it?

That is indeed possible with the BB theme. Just head over to Theme Customizer > Content > WooCommerce Layout. There, you can set the sidebar settings. As for the widgets, there should be a Widget Area labeled WooCommerce Sidebar. Just place the widgets you like there and you should be good to go!
