Hi, I’ve posted this subject and post was marked resolved. Have tried to follow posts and advice and cannot get BB to work with BB at all. no active sidebar actions to create columns or use BB tools.

Possible you could put together some of the important advice that is contained in private replies for benefit of all?

Dev in localhost, BB Child, clean builds.

Have installed the M33 plugin as modified by Ben/Justin With care to order of activation.

Have disabled all GD home page options (2)places and named a new BB page.

with GD disabled (no gd add ons) BB works, but with GD Plugin active (no add ons) BB does not function at all.

The only active plugins are:

BB GeoDirectory Compat Version 1.0.0 | By M33
Beaver Builder Plugin (Pro Version) Version 1.6.4.6
GeoDirectory Version 1.5.6 | By GeoDirectory

Sorry to say but with the site on your localhost, we won’t be able to check what’s wrong. Do you think you can push the site to a staging URL?

All GD option plugins are off.
Only plugins active:

Beaver Builder Plugin (Pro Version) Version 1.6.4.6
GeoDirectory Version 1.5.6 | By GeoDirectory
> BB GeoDirectory Compat Version 1.0.0 | By M33 (no difference if active or not)

Hey Jerry,

I just wanted to verify the issue here. So when the GD plugin is active, you can’t use BB on any pages at all? Not just the homepage? Could you try creating a new page and see if BB works there? Have you tried using another theme and see if you get the same thing?

Correct. Theme being used is BB Child. Tried 2014 and same behavior. Tried the GD theme and same behavior regarding BB.

Have created a new page named BB Home and saved. With GD active, can see sidebar tools but cannot drag/drop anything, sidebar just retracts to the right. Set static home page to a new BB Home page in two locations; Reading and GD>permalinks/Pages and same behavior. The bank page is home but displays nothing. With GD off, i see the template that I selected in BB.

Summary. Deactivate GD and I can make page as normal and view page. Turn GD back on and page is blank again with no use of sidebar tools.

The plugin made by m33 makes no difference.
