Are those “_menu” elements from the BB theme?
Interesting! I don’t use WPML on a regular basis so I’ve never seen that before.
I believe that you should leave those all set to “Don’t Translate” as they contain serialized PHP arrays which break if modified directly (since string length is stored to recreate them). Those values get translated when you duplicate a page or copy the content from another language.

I believe you want to have those set to “Copy from original to translation” because without that, your builder content won’t be copied.

Those appear to be core WordPress.

Sorry if I kinda sprawled this up a bit.
To clarify:
“No Translate” is for the _menu elements?
“Copy…” should be ON for the BB content?
I just answered myself by testing it.
Copy should be set to NO for BB content, or it overwrites the translation I put in on the alternative language.
