WYSIWYG Text editor's toolbar not showing up (after update to 1.7?)

I’ve just updated to 1.7 and noticed the text module editor’s toolbar is not showing:

Not sure when exactly it started being like this and whether or not it was caused by the update.

I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins that might have caused it. I’ve also tried using 2 different browsers: Chrome and Opera. Nothing helped.

Should I downgrade to the previous version and see if it helps? How would I go about doing that?

I’ll send link to my website and WP admin log in in a post below.

Hi Maurice,

Would it be possible for you to change the role of the account you provided to admin, please. So we can take a closer look. Also, can you disable all plugins except BB.

Thanks,
Danny

Sure, updated. Disabling all of the plugins didn’t work. Please keep the “MOJO Marketplace” plugin enabled, as it displays “Coming soon” on the homepage.

Hey Maurice,

The problem here is caused by your circliful script. You’ll need to place the respective JS/CSS files for that script on your site and reference to it by changing the directory on your code before it starts to work. Another issue is you’re loading another instance of the jQuery library. We’re already All these can be found under Theme Customizer > Code > Head Code.

Ben

I see that, I deleted the script since I won’t be using it anyway. It’s working now, thanks a lot!

No worries at all! Enjoy BB!
