So I’m working on a site and need the columns in some rows to be 100% width on both small and medium sized devices, but after setting the column widths to 100% within the column settings, the columns are not showing up as 100% width for those sizes for some reason.
The only issue I’m seeing is a JS error while on the Page Builder page:
“dropping module because define wasn’t a string.”
which is coming from ace.js.
Any ideas why the 100% columns widths aren’t being set for small/medium devices?
Can you provide a link to the page where this error is happening, please? Can you also provide a screenshot of what you have set for the column widths too.
Yep, the quick one should do it. No custom settings needed. The plugin you used earlier might have done something on the background while migrating the DB which is causing the issue.
Once you’ve imported the DB, just head over to prefix_options, change the URL, then install the Better Search Replace plugin.
Ben
Same deal. Exported working DB, imported into live site via PHPMyAdmin, updated Home and Site URL under wp_options table, ran Better Search Replace, with 143 URLs updated. I then cleared BB cache, and nothing.
Were you using the same theme before you migrated? As, the JS error appears to be related to
foundation.toggler.js.
Can you try switching theme to something like TwentySixteen and see if you have the same error or let me know when you have switched and I can take another look.
Although I still need help with the issue where the mobile/tablet column widths are not taking effect for some reason, the main issue right now is the fact that all BB content is gone after migrating my local site to the online server. If you take a look at the previous posts in this thread, you’ll see the information I’ve provided and where the issue currently stands.
Can you please take a look into this issue, where BB content is gone after migrating? I’ve tried the suggestion from Ben, and still no luck. I had the same issue on another site (http://forum.wpbeaverbuilder.com/support/q/migrating-from-blue-host-to-godaddy-beaver-builder-issue/) which I got to work by updating to BB 1.7.3, but I’m already on 1.7.3 on this new site, so I don’t know what the deal is.
When you encountered another migration issue like you mentioned above, did you use the same method you’re using now?
As I think the problem you have is how you’re doing your migrations. I have never used a plugin to perform I migration, I follow the steps provided on the WordPress Codex article Moving Server.
I also tried searching for the plugin you mentioned and I was able to find any plugin called Migrate Sync DB plugin.
Can you provide a link to this plugin, please?
Also, is it possible for you to try the steps provided by WordPress and see if the issue with missing content remains, after trying the WordPress method.
I’m thinking, that the cause is how this plugin is backing up your data. Especially, if you have had a similar issue previously.
Last time I fixed the issue, I used the Migrate Sync DB to transfer the database, and still had the same issue. I then updated BB to 1.7.3 and the issue was fixed somehow, and all the content showed up. I’m using the same process now, but since I’m already on 1.7.3, I’m not sure what else to try.
As mentioned above, I followed Ben’s suggestion:
“Exported working DB, imported into live site via PHPMyAdmin, updated Home and Site URL under wp_options table, ran Better Search Replace, with 143 URLs updated. I then cleared BB cache, and nothing.”
So I’ve tried the WP method and am still having the same issue.
Here is a link to the plugin, which is basically the same as Migrate DB Pro:
